Privacy Notice

ConnectADU is operated by ski2 OÜ ("ConnectADU," "we," "us," or "our"). This notice explains how we collect, use, and disclose information when a homeowner visits our site, completes the project questionnaire, requests a builder introduction, or books a consultation.

ConnectADU is designed to arrange one selected builder introduction. We do not send a homeowner's request to a list of competing contractors.

Information we collect

We may collect information you provide, including:

• name, email address, and mobile number;
• property ZIP code and, if you choose to provide it after booking, the street address;
• project stage, budget range, funding position, decision authority, and desired start window;
• appointment selections and communications preferences; and
• the date, time, source, and version of the disclosures and consent choices shown when you submit the form.

We may also collect limited technical and attribution information, including IP address, browser and device information, referring page, landing-page URL, UTM parameters, advertising click identifiers, and first-party advertising identifiers when present.

How we use information

We use information to:

• review the property and project information you submit;
• identify and arrange an introduction with one participating builder;
• schedule, confirm, remind, reschedule, and administer the requested consultation;
• respond to questions and provide service communications;
• measure which campaigns produce booked and attended appointments;
• prevent spam, fraud, abuse, duplicate bookings, and technical failures; and
• meet legal, compliance, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

How information is disclosed

We may disclose information to:

• the one builder selected to respond to the homeowner's request;
• service providers that host the site, operate our CRM, deliver email or text messages, protect the form, or help measure campaign performance;
• professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights, investigate abuse, or respond to a valid legal request; and
• a successor in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.

Participating builders may pay ConnectADU for qualified introductions. ConnectADU does not sell homeowner contact lists or distribute a request to multiple builders.

Service providers and advertising measurement

We currently use Cloudflare to host and protect the site, HighLevel to operate contact records, appointments, and workflows, and Meta advertising tools to measure campaign performance.

The Meta Pixel records page visits. When an appointment is booked, the Meta Conversions API may receive the appointment event and hashed contact identifiers for matching and measurement. Meta may also receive browser, device, cookie, and advertising-click information. Meta explains its data practices and advertising controls in its Privacy Policy and Ad Preferences.

Your choices

Appointment-reminder text messages are optional. You can reply STOP to a ConnectADU text to opt out of further messages from that sender. You may also revoke a communication preference through any reasonable method communicated to you.

Depending on where you live and the laws that apply to ConnectADU, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your personal information is used or disclosed. To make a request, reply to a ConnectADU email or text you received and state that it is a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing it.

Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including the requested introduction, appointment administration, consent evidence, fraud prevention, dispute handling, and legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods vary by record type and operational need.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The service is intended for adult property owners and authorized adult family members. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as our service or legal obligations change. The updated date at the top shows when the current version took effect. Material changes will be communicated where required.
